BIOGRAPHY
Jian-Guo Dai, Ir Professor at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). He obtained his PhD from Hokkaido University in 2003. He is an Editor of Advances in Structural Engineering, an Associate Editor of Journal of Advanced Concrete Technology and a Vice Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Asian Concrete Federation. He is the Chair of Technical Board of Asian Concrete Federation and a Vice President of International Institute for FRP in Construction (IIFC). He is a Fellow of IIFC, Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) and Hong Kong Concrete Institute (HKCI). He has published more than 250 technical papers (including some 100 SCI papers) in the above mentioned fields.
