BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Diego Edwards is an Orthopaedic Surgeon from Chile specialized in Knee surgery and Sports Medicine. He completed his fellowship in his own country and visited surgeons with great expertise in Switzerland. He was awarded with the SLARD/APKASS Travelling Fellowship in 2019 where he had the chance to directly interact with surgeons in Hospitals around Asia-Pacific. He has also actively participated in multiple courses and congresses around the world, attending and presenting his own experience during his 11 years of practice. Dr. Edwards was the Head of the Orthopaedic Surgery Department at Hospital Padre Hurtado for six years, and is currently working at Clinica Alemana de Santiago and Hospital La Florida in Chile, where he serves as an assistant professor at Universidad del Desarrollo.
