BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Moj Khaleghi is an Associate Professor at the Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman. She earned her BS in Microbiology from University of Isfahan (1993) and MS in medical microbiology from Kerman University of Medical Sciences (1997). After graduation, she joined the Institute of Standards and Industrial Research of Iran, where she was in charge of the microbiology lab and supervised food factories (1998-2005). After this period, she attended at the University of Isfahan as a PhD student to fulfil her postgraduate educations. Once she graduated (2010), Dr Khaleghi joined the Department of Biology, Faculty of Sciences, Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman, Iran. Her research focuses on Probiotics, antibiotic resistance, microbial corrosion, and microbial fuel cell (MFC).
