BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Luo works at College of Food and Pharmacy Zhejiang Ocean University, China. Earlier he worked as Senior Researcher at University of Tartu. He completed PhD during 1990-1993 at University of Helsinki. MSc at Wuhan Institute of Virology, Chinese Academy of Science.
