BIOGRAPHY
Kuang Ye is the Material manager of Neptune Offshore Engineering Development Co. Ltd. Currently he is managing two National science and technology projects of China and He is also the Manager of Several offshore engineering such as flexible pipe and cable. Kuang Ye finished his master's degree in Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
