BIOGRAPHY

DDS, MSc, MDS, ITIS, PhD, Assoc. Prof. Jose Maria Delgado is an Associate Professor in the Department of Advanced Oral Surgery, Implantology and Special Care Dentistry at the University of Seville where he also teaches Advanced Restorative Dentistry and Advanced Oral Implant Theraphy in Special Care Dentistry. Jose Maria Delgado has different master's degrees in Oral Medicine, Oral Surgery, Implantology and Periodontology. He got his PhD by the University of Seville with High Honors with a thesis in oral surgery and implantology. He is International Team for Implantology (ITI) Study Club Director and Honorary Professor at the University King Juan Carlos. He is healthcare industry advisor, trainer, coach and KOL of the Swiss Dental Academy (Nyon, Switzerland), ITI Speaker (Basel, Switzerland) and a regular National and International Lecturer. He has also been a Clinical Associate Professor at the International Master Degree Program in Oral Surgery, Implant Dentistry and Periodontology at the University of Southern Mississippi. He is currently teaching at the Master Degree in Oral Surgery, Implant Dentistry and Implant-Prosthodontics and at the Master Degree in Oral Surgery and Implantology both of the University King Juan Carlos of Madrid, at the Master Program in Periodontics and Peri-implant Surgery at the Catholic University of Murcia and at the Master and different Postgraduate programs at the University of Seville and at the University Fernando Pessoa (Portugal). He' s invited professor at the UCM, UGR, UAH, IUM, UJA, UMA, UAL, UCV, UDL, USC, UPV, UV, UAX, UFP and UNE. He has received various awards in recognition of his clinical practise and investigative performance such as National Congress of the Spanish Society of Oral Surgery best presentation Award 2011 and National Congress of the Spanish Society of Laser Odonto-Stomatologic best presentation Award 2013. He is clinical director of Clinica Dental de la Carrera in Jaen since 2007. He is Chairman of #SEOENE19 Congress.
